Anthony graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Health Studies and has been training people in-person and online for nearly a decade. He has been fascinated with weight lifting from a young age, learning workouts from his dad as early as 5 years old. Since then he has been furthering his education on how to help people of all ages live healthier happier lives. When he’s not helping people get BAK ON TRACK, Anthony loves spending time with family, pushing his limit at all-you-can-eat sushi, and catching the football game. Go Giants!
